Please Note: 

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 
• Estimated delivery time refers to the date the order is shipped out, not the date the order is placed. 
• Orders that are flagged by our system may be asked to verify additional information, and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order. 
• Orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend or on holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM CT or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please note that estimated delivery time refers to the date the order is shipped out, not the date the order is placed. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed before and during checkout. On the cart page, you may enter your state and zip code, for a list of available shipping methods and estimated rates. 

Final shipping rates are calculated and charged at checkout and are non-refundable due to a return or delay on the courier’s end.

Shipment method

Below is a list of our available shipping methods and the corresponding delivery times. Please note that we may deliver your package via UPS as well. 

Estimated delivery time

1-6 Business Days. Shipping times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive. Priority Mail Express next-day service is unaffected.  

* Priority Mail Express delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Please select USPS Priority Express Mail upon checkout. 

Shipment cost

Calculated based on total order weight. Orders over $60.00 USD qualify for free domestic shipping. International orders are excluded from this offer. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

United States Mask LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

United States Mask is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For International Orders, outstanding duties and taxes will be applied to the total shipping rate calculated at checkout. 

Damages

United States Mask is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
